Principal | Senior Ecologist-
Molly Porter is a senior ecologist and owner of NES. As a project manager during her 20+ year tenure with NES, Molly has performed numerous wetland delineations, environmental and fish/ wildlife assessments, mitigation design, stream & shoreline review, and environmental permitting throughout the north Puget Sound region.

Collin Van Slyke
Principal | Senior Ecologist-
Collin is a senior ecologist and owner of NES. Collin has 10+ years of experience in project management, wetland delineations, environmental and fish/ wildlife assessments, mitigation design, stream & shoreline review, and environmental permitting throughout the Puget Sound region.

Katherine deBeauclair
Ecologist-
Katherine deBeauclair is an ecologist with NES. Ms. deBeauclair obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Ecology and Conservation from Drexel University and a certificate in Wetland Science and Management from the University of Washington. Her experience includes critical areas reporting, environmental monitoring and analysis. She is certified through SWS as a Wetland Professional in Training (WPIT).
Ellie Aosved
Ecologist-
Ellie Aosved is an ecologist with NES. Ms. Aosved obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. Her expertise includes critical areas reporting, geospatial analysis, wetland mitigation planning and monitoring.
Alec Spencer
Ecologist-
Alec Spencer is an ecologist with NES. Mr. Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Huxley College of the Environment at WWU, and a certificate in Wetland Delineation from Portland State University. His experience includes environmental assessments, monitoring, and compliance.
